Alexis Bauserman
Division Director, College, Career, and Military Preparation Division Texas Education Agency

Alexis is the Division Director of the College, Career, and Military Preparation (CCMP) division at the TEA. Alexis directs policy and leadership for the Career Technical Education (CTE), Postsecondary Preparation Programs (P3) and Counseling, Advising, and Student Supports (CASS) teams. Programs and initiatives in the CCMP division include: CCRSM, Texas Regional Pathways Network (TRPN), Effective Advising Framework, TxCHSE, and Tri-Agency statewide collaboration.

Krystal Garza
Director, Postsecondary Preparation Programs (P3)
Texas Education Agency

Krystal Garza serves as Director, Postsecondary Preparation Programs (P3) for the TEA. Krystal directs policy and leadership for the College and Career Readiness School Models (CCRSM), Dual Credit, Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), OnRamps, College Preparation Assessments (ACT/SAT & PSAT/TSIA), HB3 Reimbursements and Texas College Bridge.

Clare Torres
Deputy Director, Programs

Clarissa works in the Rio Grande Valley as Deputy Director and regional lead of Educate Texas, ensuring the successful implementation of the CCRSM blueprints and framework. She strives to increase the impact of Educate Texas across the Rio Grande Valley.

Prior to joining CFT, Clarissa worked with South Texas College as the dual credit program specialist and coordinator for Dual Credit Pathways and in the office of the dean for the college of social and behavioral sciences at the University of Texas-Pan American (now UT-RGV).

Kenya Wilson
Director, Programs

As a Director of Programs for the CCRSM team at Educate Texas, Kenya provides technical support to designated ECHS, P-TECH and T-STEM schools across Texas. Kenya has implemented T-STEM programs in three districts and trained teachers and administrators nationwide.

Michelle Wisdom
Director, Programs

Michelle works on CFT's Educate Texas programs team, coordinating the development of systems and tools to support the implementation of innovative school and district models in our College and Career Readiness schools portfolio.

Prior to joining CFT in 2017, Michelle was an independent researcher/writer for education issues. Her work focused on collecting, synthesizing and presenting data to support public school systems, organizations and foundations in strategic planning and program implementation. She's done research, writing, program development and consulting for organizations including Achieve, the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems, the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University/Strategic Data Project, the Southern Regional Educational Board and Grantmakers for Education.

MIYA King
Associate, Programs, College and Career Readiness

Miya manages communications efforts for the College and Career Readiness School Models (CCRSM) portfolio, including website, collateral, presentations and network outreach via Mobilize. She collaborates with CCRSM campuses and higher education/industry partners to highlight successes, lessons learned and compelling network stories.

 
 

Andres Chavez III
Associate, Programs

Andres supports projects in the College and Career Readiness School Models portfolio and contributes to other organizational priorities. He assists in project management and identifying and promoting key insights that accelerate student success in the Rio Grande Valley.

Prior to joining CFT, he worked with a variety of college access organizations including TRiO Upward Bound, Talent Search and the National College Advising Corps, ensuring college access for low-income populations through the Rio Grande Valley region.
